Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, renames charity foundation in new decree

Under Decree No. (36) of 2025, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has renamed the “Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Establishment” to the “Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charitable Establishment.” The decree also outlines updated legal and regulatory oversight, reaffirming the foundation’s broad mandate in health, education, social welfare, disaster relief, and international humanitarian work.
