UAE: Justice for Indian expat’s family as court grants ₹95 lakh compensation in road death case

Musthafa Odayappurath, an Indian expatriate, tragically died in Abu Dhabi in 2023 after being struck by a negligent driver. His family has been awarded Dh400,000 in compensation, including diya and additional insurance payments. The Abu Dhabi Criminal Court fined the driver, and the compensation will support Musthafa's family, especially his daughter's upcoming wedding.
