Michigan ballot scandal: Councilman filmed in drop-box stuffing row

Abu Musa, a Hamtramck council member, faces investigation. Video footage shows Musa passing bundles of papers, believed to be absentee ballots, to a driver. The driver then deposits stacks into a drop box. This occurred before the primary elections where Musa received many absentee votes. Other council members are also charged with forging ballots.
