UAE’s humanitarian mission: Rescue team flies Black Hawk missions to combat Albania’s forest fires

The UAE rescue team is providing crucial assistance to Albania by combating the ongoing forest fires. Utilizing Black Hawk helicopters, the team has conducted 27 aerial missions, delivering over 1,261 tons of water to critical hotspots. These targeted water drops, coordinated with Albanian officials, aim to contain the blazes in regions like Gramsh, Ballolli, and Vlorë, amidst challenging conditions.
