    Bahrain's Decree-Law No. (32) of 2025 introduces amendments to the Criminal Procedure Law, streamlining the handling of minor offenses. Public Prosecution gains authority to issue criminal orders, enabling quicker resolutions and reducing court caseloads. Judges can now impose fines up to BD 3,000 without formal trials, ensuring proportionate penalties and efficient justice for less serious crimes.
