Kuwait rolls out strict new health rules: Bans tattoo devices, razor reuse, and tanning for minors

Kuwait has new rules for salons and gyms. Tattoo devices are now banned. Sharing razors is not allowed. Minors cannot use tanning services. Workers need health certificates.
